KISS entered the studio on April 13 to begin recording the follow-up to 2009's "Sonic Boom" for a late 2011/early 2012 release. A new one-minute video tour of the studio courtesy of the band's guitarist, Tommy Thayer, can be viewed below.
KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley previously stated about the band's new material, "This album, I'm telling you, everybody agrees, leaves'Sonic Boom' in the dust."
Originally set for release this fall, the follow up to "Sonic Boom" will see the light of the day January 2012, this is what has been said by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley during an online chat with fans. Also the long awaited "KISSology IV" DVD will be released January next year.
