Former Exodus bassist and "The Rock And Roll Geek Show" host Michael Butler recently conducted an interview with Michael Monroe, iconic rock 'n' roll frontman and founding member of hugely influential Finnish outfit Hanoi Rocks.
Monroe's current solo band includes The Wildhearts mainman Ginger on guitar, Yaffa on bass, Steve Conte of New York Dolls and Company of Wolves fame on guitar, and Karl "Rockfist" Rosqvist, a Swedish/Finnish drummer who has played with both Chelsea Smiles and Danzig.
"'78" is the first single from Monroe's new solo album, "Sensory Overdrive", which was released on March 14 via Universal Music subsidiary Spinefarm Records. The CD features guest appearances by Lemmy.
