Megadeth: "Evolver: The Making of Youthanasia"; Complete Film

"Evolver: The Making of Youthanasia" is a documentary film that chronicles Megadeth`s experience recording the 1994 release "Youthanasia", including constructing their own recording studio inside of a warehouse in Arizona.

The video is hosted by Dave Mustiane, who explains the writing, recording, mixing, and mastering process.

It's kind of tough to find a copy of this video - not impossible, but pretty tough nontheless. "Evolver" takes us behind the scenes to witness the making of Megadeth's 1994 album, "Youthanasia". The film, while seemingly recorded using low quality home video cameras, gives us a great view of Megadeth's groundbreaking 1994 album. The entire band simply oozes charisma and provide quite an entertaining show. The view of the recording process also brings to light a whole new respect for the "Youthanasia" album itself, and gives much more to the viewer than the average heavy metal VHS would! Among various tunes from "Youthanasia" being played in the studio, you can also hear "Vortex", a song that was later released on "Cryptic Writings". There's the "Train Of Consequences" video at the end. "Evolver" is a must-have for any fan of Megadeth!
