Simmons on «Monster» and the world tour starting this summer:
«We’re holding up releasing it, because there’s a tour that
starts next summer. It’s going to be a worldwide tour that will
last… oh, I don’t know, a year-and-a-half or so. We’re holding
out and releasing it later to coincide with the tour, along with a
ten-hour DVD, as well as a four-foot high book. It’s literally four
feet high.»
