KISS: What Is "Routine 13"?

At a KISS concert in Columbus, GA, Original KISS drummer Peter Criss is too ill to play and is replaced for the night by his drum tech Eddie Kanon. Eddie appears in full catman make-up and costume. 

KISS manager Doc McGhee refers to it as "Routine 13".
